To be eligible to attend RYLA you must:

• Be between 18 and 25 years old
  
  
• Live, Work, attend School/Uni or originally be from a location within District 9780 (see map)
  
  
• Be willing to attend the full seminar, you cannot leave the program (except for emergencies/illness) early or at any time. Please do not apply if you cannot commit for the full camp
  
  
• Be prepared to return to your sponsoring Rotary Club and give a presentation on your RYLA experience
  
  
• Participate with an open heart and mind with respect and dignity to all involved
  
  
• Please do not apply if you do not meet all of the above criteria
  
  
• RYLA is a drug and alcohol free seminar
